: Weather today is mostly clear and mild in most districts and relatively hot in the Jordan Valley in daytime with a slight rise in temperature, which becomes a little above the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Weather tonight is slightly cold in the mountains and mild in other districts. Light to moderate northwesterly wind blows. Sea waves are low to medium.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 17°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 26°C and a low of 16°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 37°C and a low of 23°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 19°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Wednesday’s temperature is set to further rise and approach 5°C above the seasonal average, paving the way to mostly clear and hot conditions in most districts and very hot conditions in the Jordan Valley in daytime. Moderate conditions are expected in nighttime.
A further slight rise is expected in temperature on Thursday, paving the way to unseasonably hot conditions in most districts and very hot conditions in the Jordan Valley in daytime. Slightly cold to moderate conditions are expected in nighttime.
Friday’s temperature is set to plummet and become unseasonably low, paving the way to partly cloudy to clear and mild conditions in daytime. Moderate to slightly cold conditions are expected in nighttime.
PMD warns people against being exposed to the sun for long period, particularly from 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and setting fire to dry grassy areas.
