شديد: اعتقال “السلطة” للناشطة عرار استباحة لقيم الشعب الفلسطيني

نددت حركة المقاومة الإسلامية “حماس”، مساء الاثنين، باعتقال جهاز الأمن الوقائي بالضفة الغربية للناشطة الفلسطينية ميسون عرار.

وقال القيادي في الحركة عبدالرحمن شديد، عبر تصريح صحفي تلقته “قدس برس” إن اعتقال عرار “عمل مستهجن ومدان، ويعد تصعيداً خطيراً في استباحة الأجهزة الأمنية لقيم شعبنا المجتمعية والوطنية”.

وعبر عن رفض “حماس” لـ”مواصلة أجهزة السلطة جرائم الاعتقال السياسي بالضفة الغربية، وملاحقة المواطنين، ولا سيما الحرائر من بنات شعبنا، على خلفية الرأي السياسي أو العمل الوطني والمجتمعي، وما يصاحب الاعتقال من تعذيب وحشي ومعاملة غير إنسانية؛ في سلوك خارج عن أعراف مجتمعنا وأبجدياته”.

وعدّ شديد الاعتقالات السياسية “خنجراً في خاصرة الوحدة الوطنية والنسيج المجتمعي”، مؤكدا أنها “تزيد من حالة الشرخ بين صفوف أبناء شعبنا، وتقدم خدمة مجانية للاحتلال، بل وتسانده في قمع شعبنا والتنكيل به”.

وحمّلت “حماس” قيادة السلطة المسؤولية الكاملة عن هذه الانتهاكات المستمرة، مطالبة إياها بـ”الإفراج عن المعتقلة ميسون، وعن كافة المعتقلين السياسيين داخل سجونها، بشكل فوري وعاجل”.

واعتقل جهاز الأمن الوقائي، اليوم الإثنين، الشابّة ميسون عرار، من قرية قراوة بني زيد شمال رام الله، بعد استدعائها للمقابلة.

وميسون عرار خريجة جامعية، وهي شقيقة الأسير المحكوم بالمؤبد في سجون الاحتلال سعيد عرار، وشقيقة المُبعد إلى غزة عبدالله عرار، أحد محرري صفقة “وفاء الأحرار”.

Shanghai Electric Announces Continued Commitment to Promoting Friendship Between China and Pakistan on International Friendship Day 

SHANGHAI, Aug. 1, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Shanghai Electric announced this International Friendship Day that the firm will continue its unremitting efforts to promote Sino-Pakistani friendship and contribute to local communities in Pakistan.

On March 28th, a fire broke out in the remote Varwai village in Islamkot Tharparkar district in Sindh province, Pakistan. Due to the dry climate of the region, the fire instantly spread throughout the whole village. However, the fire-fighting facilities in the remote village were quite limited.

Shanghai Electric’s Thar coal mine and Thar power plants in Pakistan are not far from the village. Upon learning about the fire, the project team activated their fire emergency rescue plan, setting up a temporary fire rescue command, giving emergency rescue instructions and organizing fire trucks and firefighters who rushed to the scene of the fire.Shanghai Electric provides construction guidance for Pakistani employees

They helped 38 families and 86 houses through the ordeal. In addition, the company also offered technical and safety education and training programs, Chinese language and other classes in practical matters for local employees, in an effort to upskill members of the local communities, as well as facilitate cultural exchanges and deepen the friendship between the two countries.

The team made a quick study of the fire situation, which led to finalizing the best rescue plan – getting water from nearby draining wells and quickly transporting it to the affected village with 50-cubic-meter sprinkler trucks. After solving the problem of the water supply, they sought to cut off the sources of combustible materials in and around the wood storage site to finally be able to put out the blaze. As soon as the plan was confirmed, the project department of the Thar coal mine assembled the employees, and dispatched 6 sprinklers, 4 loaders and 52 rescuers to support the firefighting effort.

As the fire was more severe than expected, the department immediately sent a request for reinforcements to the Thar power station project department, which dispatched two high-pressure fire trucks and an additional contingent of firefighters to the scene.

The focus was to save people’s lives first and protect property later, to reduce the possibility of human casualties. After more than 6 hours of arduous efforts, 38 families and 86 houses in the village were rescued without any casualties among the firefighters.

The firefighting effort is only a microcosm of Shanghai Electric’s commitment to fulfilling their social responsibilities and serving local communities. Since the launch of the Thar coal mine project and Thar power station project, Shanghai Electric has organized various public service activities to benefit the local populace.

The company has provided financial and material resources, as well as engineers and technicians, locally as part of the overall plan to supply guidance to Pakistani employees for best practices when undertaking construction projects. To overcome language barriers and the restrictions at and around the construction site, they trained the locals on-site and in person, with the aim of creating a team of highly qualified Pakistani professionals.

Agreement sets basis for new areas of therapy

Both are special disease types of leukemia that often start in the bone marrow. MIMS is the Editorial Contents Provider for Singapore’s NDF Initiative

The NDF is a MOH initiative under the National Pharmacy Strategy and the website is currently live at www.ndf.gov.sg.

The NDF website aims to establish a Singapore-specific, authoritative and national reference to guide evidence-based best practices for medication prescribing, dispensing, administration and monitoring by consolidating local clinical and drug-related information. NDF provides drug and post-marketing information from the Health Sciences Authority (HSA), subsidy information and drug guidance from the Agency for Care Effectiveness (ACE) and, general availability information from all of Singapore’s public healthcare institutions. MIMS, with its team of clinical editors, worked closely with MOH to organize and curate all these information for the NDF website within the stipulated timeframe.

Zenas BioPharma Obtains IND Approval in China for Phase 1/2 Study of ZB001 for the Treatment of Thyroid Eye Disease  

WALTHAM, Mass and SHANGHAI, China, July 31, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Zenas BioPharma, a global biopharmaceutical company committed to becoming a leader in the development and commercialization of immune-based therapies for patients in need around the world, announced that it has received approval of its Investigational New Drug (IND) application from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China for the initiation of a Phase 1/2 clinical study of ZB001 for the treatment of Thyroid Eye Disease (TED). The main objective of the Phase 1/2 is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of ZB001.

TED is a debilitating vison-threatening autoimmune disease that causes inflammation and fibrosis within the orbit of the eye. With no approved therapies for TED patients in China, treatment options are limited and often involve high doses of steroids associated with serious side effects or surgical intervention. ZB001 is a differentiated humanized monoclonal antibody targeting insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF-1R) intended for the treatment of TED.

(Viridian) in October 2020. After submitting an IND for VRDN-001 to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in October 2021, Viridian initiated a Phase 1/2 clinical trial in December 2021 to evaluate proof of concept in TED patients in North America and released encouraging interim healthy volunteer data suggesting robust activity with excellent safety and tolerability of the candidate product.

‫شركة Mitratel تنجح في تحقيق إيرادات قدرها 3.72 تريليون روبية إندونيسية وزيادة صافي أرباحها بنسبة 27.2% 

جاكرتا، إندونيسيا، 1 أغسطس 2022 / PRNewswire / — حققت شركة PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (رمز التداول في بورصة إندونيسيا: MTEL) (شركة Mitratel ) إيرادات قدرها 3.72 تريليون روبية إندونيسية في النصف الأول من عام 2022، بزيادة قدرها 15.5% مقارنة بالإيرادات التي حققتها في النصف الأول من عام 2021. وقد أسهمت هذه الإيرادات في زيادة صافي أرباح الشركة بنسبة 27.2% لتصل إلى 892 مليار روبية إندونيسية.

وفي النصف الأول من عام 2022، ارتفعت أرباح شركة Mitratel قبل خصم الفوائد والضرائب والإهلاك والإطفاء ( EBITDA ) إلى 77.5%، كما ارتفعت هوامش صافي الأرباح إلى 23.9%؛ وقد كان العامل الرئيسي الذي أسهم في تحقيق هذه الأرباح هو ارتفاع هامش أرباح EBITDA لمحافظ أعمال تأجير أبراج الاتصالات إلى 85.2%. وقد تحقق ذلك بفضل ترشيد التكاليف والتركيز على الأعمال التجارية ذات هوامش الأرباح الأعلى في قطاع أبراج الاتصالات بهدف تحقيق ربحية أعلى.

وقد شكّلت إيرادات تأجير الأبراج معظم إيرادات الشركة في النصف الأول من عام 2022؛ حيث ارتفعت إيرادات تأجير الأبراج من 2.93 إلى 3.33 تريليون روبية إندونيسية بزيادة قدرها 13.5%، كما ارتفعت إيرادات الأعمال التجارية الأخرى المرتبطة بالأبراج إلى 399 مليار روبية إندونيسية بزيادة قدرها 35.4% مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من العام الماضي.

وفي النصف الأول من عام 2022، بلغ عدد الأبراج التي تملكها شركة Mitratel 28787 برجًا، بزيادة قدرها 23.9% (5555 برجًا إضافيًا) مقارنة بالنصف الأول من عام 2021، كما زاد عدد مستأجري الأبراج من 36507 إلى 43900 مستأجر، بزيادة قدرها 20.3%.

وقد بلغت القيمة الإجمالية لأصول الشركة 55.06 تريليون روبية إندونيسية في حين بلغت حقوق مساهميها 33.49 تريليون روبية إندونيسية. وفي النصف الأول من عام 2022، بلغت القيمة الإجمالية لخصوم الشركة 21.56 تريليون روبية إندونيسية بانخفاض قدره 10.4% بعد سداد الشركة لقروض طويلة الأجل بقيمة 5.1 تريليون روبية إندونيسية، شملت سداد مبكّر لديون طويلة الأجل بقيمة 4.3 تريليون روبية إندونيسية، وذلك باستخدام الفائض النقدي الناتج عن الأعمال التشغيلية والقروض المُعاد تمويلها بمعدّلات فائدة أقل.

تجدر الإشارة إلى أنّ شركة Mitratel هي شركة أبراج اتصالات إندونيسية حققت أعلى معدّلات النمو في عدد الأبراج والعملاء -مقارنة بالشركات المنافسة- خلال المدّة من 2017 إلى 2021. وتتمتع Mitratel بثقة مجموعة كبيرة من العملاء، من بينهم شركة Telkomsel (أكبر عملاء Mitratel) ؛ وهي أكبر شركة اتصالات خلوية في إندونيسيا وتتمتع بأفضل تصنيف ائتماني في البلاد؛ وهو ما يوفر لمستأجري الأبراج من شركات الاتصالات وغيرها فرصة كبيرة لتوسيع تغطية خدماتهم لتشمل أعمالًا تجارية داعمة أخرى. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، لا ينطوي التعامل مع Mitratel على مخاطر التقلبات في أسعار صرف العملات الأجنبية؛ حيث إنّ جميع قروضها بالروبية الإندونيسية. وقد ظلت نسبة الدين إلى حقوق الملكية ونسبة صافي الدين إلى الأرباح قبل خصم الفوائد والضرائب والإهلاك والإطفاء ( EBITDA ) ثابتة عند 44.3% و- 0.4x على التوالي.

وستواصل Mitratel في المستقبل تنفيذ مبادراتها الإستراتيجية للحفاظ على مكانتها الرائدة في السوق، وتعزيز مجموعات منتجاتها وحلولها الجديدة، وتسريع تنفيذ إستراتيجيتها “للنمو غير العضوي” عن طريق استهدافها بناء 6000 برج في هذا العام، مع العمل على زيادة أرباحها وتدفقاتها النقدية من خلال ترشيد التكاليف.
