قالت وزارة الخارجية في السلطة الفلسطينية، إن تنكر رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو لحقيقة وجود الاحتلال صفعة للدول التي تتمسك بحل الدولتين.
واعتبرت الخارجية في بيان لها، اليوم الأحد، أن “موقف نتنياهو صفعة للدول التي تتغنى بتمسكها بحل الدولتين ومبادئ حقوق الإنسان، وتغرق في ازدواجية معايير مقيتة، وتوفر الحماية للاحتلال في المحافل الدولية”.
ورفض نتنياهو قرار الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة حول ما هية الاحتلال.
وقال يوم أمس في بيان ”قرار التصويت في الأمم المتحدة الذي صدر اليوم لن يكون ملزمًا للحكومة الإسرائيلية”، زاعما أن “الشعب اليهودي ليس محتلًا لأرضه، ولن يشوه أي قرار من الأمم المتحدة هذه الحقيقة التاريخية”.
أكدت “حركة التحرير الوطني الفلسطيني – فتح”، تمسّكها بـ “تجديد العهد والوعد للشعب الفلسطيني بمواصلة النضال والكفاح الذي بدأته حتى زوال الاحتلال الإسرائيلي”.
جاء ذلك في تصريحات أدلى بها المتحدث باسم الحركة منذر الحايك لـ”قدس برس” اليوم الأحد، بمناسبة الذكرى الـ58 لانطلاقة الحركة.
وقال الحايك إن حركته تعتبر في ذات الوقت أن “تشكيل حكومة من اليمين الإسرائيلي المتطرف بزعامة بنيامين نتنياهو وبن غفير وغيرهم، سيزيد من حالة المواجهة والتصدي للمشاريع التصفوية، وعلى رأسها مشاريع تهويد القدس وأسرلتها وسياسة الضم وسرقة الأراضي الفلسطينية”.
ورأى المتحدث باسم “فتح” أن أهم وأبرز التطلعات التي ستسعى حركته لتحقيقها في السنة الجديدة هو “مغادرة مربع الانقسام الفلسطيني الداخلي، والالتحاق بالوحدة الوطنية وطي الصفحة السوداء، وتحقيق وحدة شعبنا حتى دحر الاحتلال الصهيوني عن أرض فلسطين” وفق قوله.
وأشار إلى أن الحركة “تسعى مع الكل الفلسطيني لاستعادة حقوق شعبنا المشروعة، وعلى رأسها حقه في العودة والحرية وتقرير المصير، وتحرير جميع أسرانا البواسل من السجون الصهيونية”.
وفي مثل هذا اليوم، الأول من كانون الثاني/يناير 1965، أُعلن عن انطلاق حركة التحرير الوطني الفلسطيني “فتح”، متخذةً من الكفاح المسلح وسيلة لتحرير كامل أراضي فلسطين التاريخية.
اعتبر رئيس كتلة “يهدوت هتوراة” ووزير البناء والإسكان الجديد في حكومة الاحتلال، يتسحاق غولدكنوبف، أن جزءا من حل مشكلة السكن في “إسرائيل” موجود في الضفة الغربية المحتلة.
وكشف غولدكنوبف، عن نية حكومته “مساعدة أشقاءنا المستوطنين في يهودا والسامرة (الضفة الغربية المحتلة).. وجزء من حل ضائقة السكن الموجدة في هذه المناطق”.
وأضاف، خلال مراسم استلام مهامه الوزارية من سلفه زئيف إلكين، اليوم الأحد، أنه “جئنا لنخدم مواطني إسرائيل ودفع قيم المساواة واستيطان البلاد”، وادعى أن “لدينا واجب تجاه جميع الأزواج الشابة من جميع الأوساط، ومن دون فرق في الديانة، العرق أو الأفكار. ولن نكون فئويين. فمشكلة السكن مشتركة للجميع”.
وتصدّر حزب “ليكود” بزعامة بنيامين نتنياهو، الانتخابات البرلمانية التي أجريت في الأول من تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر الماضي، وتمكن من تشكيل حكومة يمينية، أدت اليمين أمام البرلمان يوم 29 كانون أول/ديسمبر الماضي، وأجمع مراقبون أنها “ستكون الأكثر تشددا في تاريخ إسرائيل”. فيما وصفها مراقبون بأنها حكومة “مستوطنين”.
ونتنياهو الذي يحاكم بتهم فساد، شغل أطول فترة رئاسة وزراء للاحتلال، لمرة أولى من 1996 إلى 1999 ثم ثانية من 2009 إلى 2021.
كشفت وسائل إعلام عبرية، عن أن منظمات “جبل الهيكل” اليهودية (تحالف متطرف يهدف إلى هدم المسجد الأقصى وبناء هيكل سليمان المزعوم)، وجهت رسالة إلى المفتش العام لشرطة الاحتلال يعقوب شبتاي، وقائد شرطة الاحتلال في القدس دورون ترجمان، اليوم الأحد، طالبت برفع وقت الاقتحامات للمسجد الأقصى من 4 ساعات ونصف إلى أكثر من ذلك، مع السماح أيضاً لليهود بإقامة شعائر دينية كاملة في باحات الأقصى وعلى بواباته.
وجاءت رسالة منظمات الهيكل، في ضوء تعديل قانون “أمر الشرطة”، بما يخول وزير الأمن القومي اليميني المتطرف، إيتمار بن غفير، صلاحيات أكبر في عمل الأجهزة التابعة للوزارة.
وطالبت المنظمات في الرسالة التي عممت على وسائل الإعلام العبرية، بزيادة ساعات السماح لليهود باقتحام المسجد الأقصى ودخول باحاته، مشيرة إلى أنه في الوقت الحالي يسمح لليهود بالدخول إلى باحات المسجد الأقصى لمدة أربع ساعات ونصف ساعة، وفقط بين أيام الأحد والأربعاء. كذلك طالبت الرسالة بالسماح لليهود بإقامة شعائر دينية كاملة، بنصاب ديني كامل وليس فقط “شعائر وصلوات جزئية”، وكذا السماح لليهود بالدخول إلى باحات الأقصى كافة أيام الأسبوع، بما في ذلك يومي الجمعة والسبت.
وطالب ممثلو هذه المنظمات أيضاً بإلغاء الحظر المفروض على إدخال أدوات ولوازم للصلوات اليهودية مثل البوق اليهودي والملابس الدينية للصلاة، وتحديد موقع ثابت لإقامة كنيس يهودي للصلوات، علماً بأنّ المستوطنين يؤدون الصلوات في الباحة الواقعة شرقي مسجد قبة الصخرة.
اقتحمت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، اليوم الأحد، بلدة “كفر عين” شمال غرب رام الله، ما أدى لاندلاع مواجهات بينها وبين الفلسطينيين.
وأفاد شهود عيان بأن قوة كبيرة من جيش الاحتلال اقتحمت القرية، وتمركزت في بعض طرقاتها، وأوقفت بعض المركبات، ودققت في هويات راكبيها، وأخضعتهم للتحقيق الميداني، دون أن يبلغ عن أي اعتقالات.
كما اندلعت في القرية مواجهات بين الشبان وقوات الاحتلال التي أطلقت قنابل الغاز والصوت.
وفي السياق ذاته؛ اندلعت مواجهات مع قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، مساء اليوم، على مدخل قرية “النبي صالح”.
وقالت مصادر محلية إن قوات الاحتلال اقتحمت مدخل القرية، ما أدى إلى اندلاع مواجهات في المنطقة، أطلق خلالها جنود الاحتلال الغاز المسيل للدموع، دون أن يبلغ عن وقوع إصابات.
وتشهد مدن الضفة الغربية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس، اقتحامات شبه يومية لقوات الاحتلال ومستوطنيه، تتخللها استفزازات واعتداءات، يتبعها اعتقالات واشتباكات، وارتقاء شهداء بين فينة وأخرى.
أكد محامون ومؤسسات حقوقية، أن عام 2022 كان الأسوأ في واقع الحريات بالضفة الغربية المحتلة، بفعل حملات الملاحقة والاعتقالات والاستدعاءات التي نفذتها الأجهزة الأمنية التابعة للسلطة الفلسطينية، مع تعاظم عمليات التعذيب، بحق آلاف السياسيين والناشطين والأسرى المحررين وطلبة الجامعات، على خلفية سياسية ونقابية.
وقال المحامي مصطفى شتات إن عام 2022 هو الأسوأ في واقع الحريات بالضفة، حيث شهد مئات حالات الاعتقال السياسي والتعذيب، كما أن الحريات العامة شهدت أسوأ ظروفها، وعاشت القمع طوال العام الماضي.
وفي منشور له على صفحته في موقع “فسبوك”، أوضح شتات أن “أجهزة أمن السلطة ارتكبت مجزرة بحق القانون الفلسطيني والحريات العامة بالضفة، في ظل تغول كبير من السلطة التنفيذية على السلطة القضائية”.
وأوضح أن “السلطة تفبرك قضايا تتهم فيها الشبان المقاومين، بهدف تبرير قمعها للنشطاء الفلسطينيين”، مؤكدا أن “المعتقلين في سجون السلطة تعرضوا لكل أنواع التعذيب، وما زال قرابة 100 معتقل سياسي رهن الاعتقال والتوقيف لدى الأجهزة الأمنية في الضفة، وتحديدا على ذمة جهازي الأمن الوقائي والمخابرات العامة”.
من جانبها؛ أكدت مجموعة “محامون من أجل العدالة” أن عام 2022 كان الأكثر قمعا من السلطة بحق الناشطين، حيث تجاوز عدد المعتقلين السياسيين في الضفة هذا العام أكثر من 700 معتقل سياسي.
وقال مدير المجموعة مهند كراجة، في بيان صحفي، إن وسائل انتهاكات السلطة لحقوق الإنسان تنوعت من خلال تعذيب المعتقلين السياسيين، والاعتداء على عوائلهم، ومحاولة السلطة إلصاق التهم للنشطاء، واعتقالهم بحجج وذرائع لا أصل لها.
كما شهد 2022 تزايدًا كبيرًا في أعداد المعتقلين “على ذمة المحافظ”، حيث لا تزال هناك مجموعة من الأشخاص الذين تم اعتقالهم على خلفية نشاطات مجموعات “عرين الأسود” في مدينة نابلس، وهم موقوفون على ذمة المحافظ في سجني أريحا ونابلس.
وبحسب كراجة؛ فإن هناك الكثير من قرارات الإفراج التي رفضت الأجهزة الأمنية تنفيذها، إلى جانب استدعاء وتوقيف لصحافيين ومحامين، بالإضافة إلى القرارات بقانون التي استهدفت العمل الحقوقي هذا العام.
ومع دخول العام الجديد؛ ما زال نحو 20 من طلبة جامعة بيرزيت من الكتلة الإسلامية، معتصمين داخل الجامعة للأسبوع الرابع على التوالي، خشية اعتقالهم من السلطة الفلسطينية.
رأى مراقبون فلسطينيون أن عام 2023 سيكون حافلا بأعمال المقاومة، وبتطور المجموعات المسلحة الناشئة، وفي مقدمتها مجموعات “عرين الأسود” بمحافظة نابلس (شمال الضفة)، وخصوصا في ظل ميلاد حكومة للاحتلال، تعد الأكثر تطرفا بتاريخ الدولة العبرية، بزعامة بنيامين نتنياهو.
وقال الكاتب والمترجم للإعلام الإسرائيلي، عزام أبو العدس، إن “الاحتلال لا يخفي أن القادم سيكون هو الأصعب على جيشه، في ظل حالة القوة والعناد التي تتميز بها المجموعات المسلحة في الضفة، والتي ظلت صامدة رغم محاولات الإغراء والاستئصال”.
وأضاف لـ”قدس برس” أن الإعلام العبري صرح بقلقِ المستوى الأمني إزاء كفاءة “عرين الأسود” في الوصول إلى عقول وقلوب الجماهير الفلسطينية، “فليس الأمر كما كان في انتفاضة الأقصى عام 2000، حيث كان يقتصر الصراع بين الفصائل المسلحة وجيش الاحتلال، فقد استطاعت العرين الوصول إلى جمهور واسع من الشعب الفلسطيني، في الضفة والداخل المحتل عام 48 وغزة والشتات”.
حاضنة المقاومة واسعة وصلبة
وأوضح أبو العدس أن “مما يثير مخاوف الاحتلال أيضا، حجم متابعة مجموعة عرين الأسود على قناة التلغرام، حيث وصل عدد المشتركين فيها إلى أكثر من 230 ألف مشترك، والرقم في تزايد”.
وأشار إلى أن “الخطوة الخطرة بالنسبة للاحتلال، تتمثل في حشد العرين للناس، ودعوتهم لتنفيذ أعمال إسناد للمقاومة في أكثر من مرة، مما شكل حالة إلهام وأمل للشباب الفلسطيني”.
وتابع أنه “في تقدير الإعلام العبري؛ أصبحت العرين ظاهرة غير قابلة للاجتثاث، وبات حلم كثير من الشباب الفلسطيني الانضمام لها، ومساعدة مقاوميها، مما يشكل حاضنة اجتماعية صلبة”.
وأردف أبو العدس أن “الواقع الجديد الذي فرضته العرين في نابلس، أنهى مرحلة طويلة من الهدوء الأمني في المدينة، فعمليات الاعتقال التي كانت تتم بسلاسة، وبعدد محدود من القوات؛ أصبحت مواجهة ميدانية ومعارك اشتباك طويلة”.
وذكر أن “دخول المستوطنين إلى قبر يوسف في نابلس، بعد أن كان في بعض الأحيان يتم بسيارات وحافلات إسرائيلية عادية، أصبح عملية عسكرية لوجستية متكاملة، تشترك فيها طائرات الاحتلال المسيرة، والمصفحات، والقوات الخاصة، وجهاز الشاباك (المخابرات)”.
حكومة نتنياهو ستفجر الأوضاع
من جهته؛ قال الكاتب والإعلامي نواف العامر، إن “الجيل الجديد من عناصر المقاومة، يمتلك من الجرأة ما يؤهله لإيقاع الخسائر، ورفع مؤشر التصعيد والمواجهة في العام 2023، ومقاومة المحتل بطرق ربما ستكون جديدة في قطع طرقات سير المستوطنين، مما يرفع كلفة الحياة اليومية للاحتلال”.
وأضاف لـ”قدس برس” أن “حكومة الاحتلال الجديدة، تعد الأكثر عنصرية وتطرفا وعنفا سياسيا”، مشيراً إلى أن “تركيبتها واتفاقاتها الائتلافية، كشفت عن تفاصيل كافية لتفجير الإقليم، وليس الضفة وشمالها”.
وأوضح أنه “بحكم النتائج على أرض الواقع، التي فرضتها القوى المتصاعدة في نابلس وجنين (شمالا)، وحجم النار لمواجهة الاقتحامات، وكم الفشل الذي مني به الاحتلال، وتصميم المقاومين على المضي بالتحدي الفدائي؛ فإن الأيام والشهور القادمة ستشهد مزيدا من التصعيد، الذي لا يُعرف مداه ومؤشره، خاصة إذا تم الاقتراب من الخطوط الحمراء المتعلقة بالقدس والمسجد الأقصى”.
ولفت العامر إلى أنه “وفق رؤى الحكومة الفاشية الجديدة في سدة الحكم الإسرائيلي؛ فإن الدم الفلسطيني سيكون الضامن لاستمرار حكومة نتنياهو، ولكن لكل فعل رد فعل؛ مساو له في المقدار، ومعاكس له في الاتجاه”.
يشار إلى أن بيانات جيش الاحتلال لعام 2022 المنصرم، وثقت وقوع 285 عملية إطلاق نار في الضفة الغربية، مقابل 61 في 2021، و31 عملية فقط عام 2020.
وأوضحت البيانات أن عام 2022، شهد مقتل 31 إسرائيليا على يد فدائيين فلسطينيين، مقارنة بمقتل أربعة فقط في 2021، وثلاثة في 2020.

Chinese modernization has elements that are universal to all modernization processes but is characterized by features that are unique to the Chinese context.
President Xi has underscored the unique features of Chinese modernization: the modernization of a huge population, of common prosperity for all, of material and cultural-ethical advancement, of harmony between humanity and nature, and of peaceful development.
China is working to achieve modernization for more than 1.4 billion people, a number larger than the combined population of all developed countries in the world today.
With the steady growth of its own economy, China champions common prosperity to ensure that everyone receives a fair share of its economic success and to reduce inequality. According to the Blue Book of Common Prosperity, China’s index of common prosperity increased by 79.3 percent from 24.67 in 2013 to 44.23 in 2020.
While continuing to consolidate the material foundation for modernization and improve the material conditions for people’s well-being, China is striving to develop advanced socialist culture, foster strong ideals and convictions, and carry forward China’s cultural heritage. China now has 43 items on the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list, the highest number in the world.
Guided by the new development philosophy featuring innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared development, China in 2022 continued to be a leading growth engine for the world economy. The International Monetary Fund forecast that China’s economy would grow at 3.2 percent in 2022, aligning with the global projected pace.

The path to achieving the goals is already taking shape. With its people-centered philosophy of development, the country has built the world’s largest education, social security and healthcare systems.
Xi has called innovation the heart of China’s modernization drive. China’s pursuit of independence in scientific innovation is reflected in its various achievements, including the Beidou Navigation Satellite System, space exploration including lunar and Mars probes and the construction of China’s own space station, and the deep-sea manned submersible Fendouzhe. The country has also developed its own high-speed railway technologies, 5G communication technologies and artificial intelligence.
In the Global Innovation Index 2022 provided by the World Intellectual Property Organization, a UN specialized agency, China’s rank has risen to 11th among the 132 economies surveyed.
Guided by Xi’s vision of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,” China’s modernization drive also emphasizes harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature. The country has cut its carbon emission intensity by 34.4 percent over the past 10 years, and pledged to have CO2 emissions peak before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060.

People first, life first
In 2022, China continued to optimize its COVID response in light of the evolving situation. Based on the mutation of the virus, the popularization of vaccination and the accumulation of experience in prevention and control, the National Health Commission said in December that the country’s epidemic prevention and control has entered a new stage.
Shifting from infection prevention to medical treatment, China has rolled out a host of measures to boost access to medical treatment and drugs, improve health services for the elderly and other vulnerable groups, speed up vaccination, and beef up health infrastructure in rural areas.
Seventy percent of those aged over 60 had received a booster dose of vaccines as of December 13, up from less than 53 percent among the age group of the population by March 24, according to data from the State Council Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism Against COVID-19.
In addition, the relaxation of the response policy in 2022 comes after China has effectively responded to five global COVID waves and avoided widespread infections with the original strain and the Delta variant, which are relatively more pathogenic than the other variants.

Starting January 8, China will downgrade management of the disease from Class A to Class B in accordance with the country’s law on prevention and treatment of infectious disease, in a major shift of its epidemic response policies. The country will also scrap quarantine measures for inbound travelers from the day.
Following the announcement of the latest adjustments, searches and bookings for international flights and hotels rocketed on multiple Chinese online travel agencies, with some numbers hitting three-year highs, indicating that normal life is picking up.
Another sign that experts believe bodes the revival of the country’s consumption market in 2023, restaurants, shopping malls and cinemas nationwide have reopened and reported burgeoning visits.

A Palestinian youth was injured by Israeli gunfire last night during confrontations in the town of Beit Ummar, to the north of Hebron, according to local sources.
Mohammad Awad, a local Palestinian activist, told WAFA that a youth was injured by an Israeli live shot in his foot during confrontations between Israeli occupation forces and local Palestinian residents.
Two other Palestinians were also hit by rubber-coated rounds, and many others suffered suffocation from teargas inhalation.
The confrontations broke out amid protests in the town demanding the Israeli occupation authorities to hand over the body of Ahed Ikhlail, a Palestinian from the town who was killed by the Israeli occupation forces two years ago.
Vigils were held across Ireland on New Year’s Eve commemorating the 2008-2009 Israeli attack on Gaza and to highlight Israel’s ongoing illegal occupation and confiscation of Palestinian land in the West Bank.
The Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign (IPSC) said it held its annual New Year’s Eve vigil on the Peace Bridge, Derry, to let Palestinians everywhere know that they are not alone and to let Israel know that opposition to its apartheid regime will only continue to grow stronger.
Among the speakers at the Derry vigil were Catherine Hutton, chairperson of Derry IPSC, the Mayor of Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC), Sandra Duffy (Sinn Féin), Niall McCarroll of Derry Trades Council (DTC) and Shaun Harkin from People Before Profit (PBP).
Other vigils of solidarity were in other towns and cities throughout Ireland, including Armagh, Dublin, Limerick, Waterford, Galway, Sligo, Ennis, Athlone, and Trim.
