The Intelligence Agency announced today Tuesday the arrest of 8 suspects, one of whom was sentenced to death in Najaf.
The intelligence Agency stated in a statement that “the detachments of the Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency in the holy city of Najaf managed to arrest a number of wanted and accused persons according to various legal materials.”
It added that “the detachments were able to arrest a suspect sentenced to death in absentia, and (4) accused of dealing in narcotic substances, with the seizure of shops selling unlicensed weapons, and (3) according to Article 406.”
