A meeting in Taiz Governorate on Wednesday, headed by Acting Governor Ahmed Al-Masawi, discussed aspects related to strengthening media and awareness work.
In the meeting that included the directors of endowments, guidance, education, youth, media and the media center, Al-Masawi praised the efforts of all media professionals and activists on social networking sites in strengthening alignment and exposing conspiracies of aggression.
He stressed the necessity of concerted efforts and working in a team spirit to create a constructive media discourse that contributes to educating and fortifying society.
The meeting touched on the importance of coordination and cooperation between the various concerned offices and the unification of work to serve the public interest.
