RAMALLAH: President Mahmoud Abbas issued a decree today appointing Mr. Hussein Jadallah Hamayel as the Governor of the Jericho Governorate of the West Bank, Palestine.
The newly appointed governor is expected to swear-in before President Abbas at a later date.
