A security source told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the US-British aggression aircraft targeted the Al-Qatinat area in Baqim district in Saada province with two raids.

An expanded meeting chaired by Civil Service and Insurance Minister of the caretaker government, Salim Al-Mughalis, discussed the work mechanisms related to updating job data and issuing due settlements.

In the meeting that included human resources managers and officials in public service units, Minister Al-Mughalis stressed the importance of human resources units assuming their responsibilities related to human resources planning , policies, institutional building , organizational structure, and re-engineering jobs in accordance with the requirements of updating the job database.

He pointed out that these data represent the basic foundation and main element of the ongoing transformation process in all aspects of performance and administrative work, upon which the granting of all job entitlements to the public employee is based.

The Council also confirmed that any deficiency in feeding the Ministry’s central database with the required data results in a real deficiency in meeting and completing all steps a
nd stages of institutional construction, including human resources planning and measuring the impact associated with that according to the standards and elements of performance for jobs, whether currently existing or in the future.

He praised the efforts of human resources managers and officials in achieving an advanced stage in the process of updating the required data. He urged the rest of the entities to respond quickly and fully interact so that the Ministry can make job adjustments for employees of the entities to whom adjustments have not previously been issued.

Today’s meeting, chaired by caretaker Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, reviewed today,Saturday,the progress of preparations for the first infrastructure investment conference scheduled to be held during the next short period.

During the meeting, which included the Caretaker Deputy Prime Minister for Services and Development Affairs, Dr. Hussein Maqbouli, the Ministers of Transport, Abdul-Wahab Al-Durra, and the Ministers of Electricity and Energy, Dr. Muhammad Al-Bukhaiti, the Deputy Minister of Health, Dr. Mutahar Al-Marouni, and the Chairman of the General Authority for Investment, Yasser Al-Mansour, the investment cards prepared by the General Authority for Investment in cooperation with the authorities were reviewed.

Dr. Bin Habtoor directed the ministries and concerned authorities, in coordination with the General Investment Authority, to complete the technical , legal documents and feasibi
lity studies for the projects scheduled to be presented at the conference.

He stressed the need for the readiness of the relevant authorities in the investment sector to achieve a positive presence, especially related to incentives and promotional facilities, especially tax and customs competition, at the regional level.

He praised the various preparatory efforts made by the ministries, relevant authorities and the General Investment Authority to ensure that the conference produces the desired results, foremost among which is strengthening the partnership between the government and the private sector in implementing vital projects in the field of infrastructure.

A meeting in Taiz province today, Saturday, headed by the Acting Governor of Taiz, Ahmed Amin Al-Masawa, discussed issues related to oil derivatives and their insurance in the province, especially for service institutions and facilities, specifically health care.

The meeting, which included the director of Taiz Oil Company branch, Zaki Suleiman Abdul-Jabbar, touched on finding a suitable ground for establishing model stations suitable for the province in proportion to the population density , its area, and completing the historic Moaz bin Jabal well project funded by oil company.

Al-Mutawakel urged everyone to carry out their responsibilities to ensure strengthening the role of the health sector in facing challenges and dangers, praising the efforts of the sector’s cadres and their role in continuing to provide services.

He also affirmed his readiness to participate in supporting the health sect
or in Gaza and providing the necessary services to the residents of the Strip who were affected by the blatant American-Zionist aggression against the Palestinian people, which affected facilities, services and hospitals.

The anniversary activities of the martyr leader, Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, were concluded in Raymah province.

The bodies of a number of martyrs of the nation , the armed and security forces who were martyred as a result of the bombing of American-British aggression were carried out in Sana’a today,Saturday, in a solemn funeral procession.

Where the funeral took place of Colonel Abdullah Mujahid Dhiyab, Colonel Abdullah Ali Ghanem, Colonel Faisal Mohsen Musaed, Colonel Sufyan Yahya Al-Aghrabi, Colonel Taha Ali Jamjam, Colonel Hamis Muhammad Al-Jaradi, Colonel Ziad Muhammad Ajlan, Colonel Ghamdan Zabin Allah Jumaida, Major Muhammad Ali Al-Mihdhar, Major Ahmed Mansour Al-Asri Muhammad Abdullah Al-Houri, and Major Ali Muhammad.
