Press Secretary of the President of the Supreme Political Council Sabri al-Darwani has condemned in the strongest terms the German company ‘Contabo’ closing Ansarullah website on the digital space without justification and under false pretexts.

In a statement to Saba, al-Darwani said such measure a violation of the right to freedom of expression and opinion, which is mandated by international law, and clearly reveals the falsity of the West’s claims to respect freedoms.

He pointed out that this wrong and condemnable measure is further confirmation of the West’s ongoing attempts to silence voices and suppress freedoms with the aim of misleading, concealing facts, and serving and sponsoring the false Zionist narrative about the crimes they are committing against the oppressed Palestinian people.

He pointed out that the closure is evidence of the effectiveness of the free Yemeni media and an additional motivation for all free media institutions to redouble their efforts in working to expose the Zionist and Am
erican crimes against the Palestinian people and the peoples of the world.

Al-Darwani called on media institutions in Yemen and in the resistance axis to go to create local websites as a precautionary and alternative step so as to face the digital execution policy and technical restrictions imposed by the West and America under false headlines and justifications

The technical committee of the Sa’ada Water Basin discussed in its meeting today, Monday, headed by the province’s deputy and committee member, Muhammad Kaaibah, the development of rainwater harvesting projects to recharge groundwater within the basin in Sa’ada’s districts , Sahar, and Majz.

In the meeting, which included members, the Governor’s Deputy Governor Muhammad Al-Baadani, Engineer Ibrahim Al-Nimri, and the Director of the Agriculture and Irrigation Office, Engineer Zakaria Al-Mutawakel, the committee reviewed the technical studies of ‘caravan’ projects and the completion rates in the excavation work.

At the meeting, Undersecretary Kaaibah stressed the importance of working on updating the technical studies to move to the second phase of implementation regarding the projects’ construction work.

The director of the Sa’ada Water Resources Authority branch, Engineer Ahmed Al-Jaradi, reviewed the most prominent rainwater harvesting projects implemented by the Authority branch and the completion rates
for each project.

Furthermore, Jordan stood first in per capita share of renewable energy capacity among Arab countries, according to the Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RCREEE) report in 2020, and achieved a notable rank of sixth globally for investment in renewable energy as reported by Climate Scope 2019.

The second digital financial consumer forum, organized by the Yemeni Society for Consumer Protection in partnership with the Central Bank of Yemen, began in Sanaa on Monday.

The forum aims to discuss artificial intelligence techniques and its role in developing and improving the quality of digital financial services, highlighting the role of the financial sector and its trends towards raising the efficiency and quality of digital financial services, and highlighting areas of using artificial intelligence tools in financial technology.

At the opening, member of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Yemen Hammoud al-Najjar pointed out the importance of the forum in discussing the challenges of renewable financial technologies and their innovative solutions to enable the digital financial consumer with advanced digital financial services.

He stressed that the holding of the forum comes in light of the rapid developments witnessed in financial technology, which impose the responsibility of finding tool
s and mechanisms that enhance digital consumer protection and provide innovative and safe financial services at the same time.

Al-Najjar noted that artificial intelligence technologies are among the most important tools that contribute to improving the digital consumer experience and developing financial services, which allow for effective data analysis, providing accurate recommendations, improving fraud detection processes, and enhancing financial security.

He said “We at the Central Bank of Yemen are fully aware of the challenges facing the digital consumer in Yemen, especially in light of the current circumstances the country is witnessing, adding the role is not limited to developing digital financial services, but goes beyond that to ensuring their consistent and sustainable availability for all segments of society.”

Al-Najjar stressed that protecting the consumer and ensuring the safety and security of digital transactions is one of the bank’s priorities, as well as working to provide a digital fina

A meeting in Hajjah, headed by Governor Hilal Al-Sufi, discussed today,Monday, the mechanism for implementing the outcomes of the national trainer team tasks in the privince’s directorates.

The meeting, which included the representatives of Education Ministry , Abdullah Al-Naami, the governorate, Ahmed Al-Akhfash, Hamoud Al-Mughrabi, the directors of teacher affairs in the ministry, Muhammad Al-Washli, and the Education Office in Al-Qatib province, reviewed the course’s outcomes in the personal aspects, participation, administrative, executive, training, community tasks, and school activities.

At the meeting, Sufi governor praised the educational sector’s significant and tangible efforts in continuing the educational process and implementing activities to consolidate faith identity in all schools in the province.

He stressed the importance of continuing to implement activities, vigils, marches and events in an organized manner without getting tired, implementing the outcomes of the National Trainer’s dutie
s cycle and preparing for the Ramadan program to create awareness and momentum among generations.

While the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Al-Naami, pointed out the keenness of the revolution leader , Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, to implement these programs to strengthen the identity of faith and the factors of steadfastness , to produce generations immune to false cultures , false beliefs, and to avert the plans of aggression aimed at stripping the Yemenis of their faith identity, morals, and principles through soft war.

He stressed the importance of everyone feeling responsible and playing the role assigned to them in accordance with the clear vision that came out of the workshop, intensifying efforts in this aspect, implementing the general goals, developing proposals to implement activities, following up on the level of implementation, and being faithful to God in word and deed.

For his part, the provincs undersecretary, Al-Akhfash, praised the educational sector’s tangible efforts in the
field and the sense of responsibility before God, stressing the necessity of continuing the integrated educational momentum and activating training and rehabilitation programs in Al-Aqsa flood.

A speech event was held on Sunday at Sana’a University on the anniversary of the departure of the American Marines from Yemen on February 11, 2015, organized by the Supreme Committee of the National Campaign to Support Al-Aqsa.

At the event, the Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the National Campaign to Support Al-Aqsa – Advisor to the President of the Supreme Political Council, Allama Muhammad Muftah, considered February 11, 2015 was a pivotal day in the history of Yemen. The capital, Sana’a, as the first Arab capital, got rid of American tyranny and was liberated from dependency, guardianship, and dependence on foreign countries. Sana’a remained and will remain the capital of Islam and the citadel of Arabism.

He said, “The Marines left that day defeated and fleeing after they thought that they had tightened their control over Yemen and that the regime they had created would work to subjugate and humiliate the Yemenis.” Pointing out that the will of God overcame the will of the American devil with the v
ictory of the project of the martyr leader who raised the cry in the face of the American aggression early and bore the consequences until he attained martyrdom.

The scholar Muftah pointed out that America and its tools in Yemen and the region thought that after waging war on the martyr leader and his supporters, displacing them, abusing them, and destroying their homes and property until the moment of his martyrdom, they silenced every voice opposing American hegemony and arrogance, and they did not realize that their patience and steadfastness changed all the scales and brought the cry to the various regions of Yemen.

He touched on the attempt to circumvent the popular uprising in the February 11, 2011 revolution, through the Gulf Initiative and their ability to impose guardianship over the initiative and the Yemeni people, which resulted in the recycling of the previous regime.

He stressed that the revolution of September 21, 2014 AD succeeded in destroying the idols of dependency and subjugation and di
splacing the tools of the hegemonic forces that fled the capital, and thought that it was an eternal capital of oppression and subjugation, to become today as it was and will remain the incubator of Islam and the citadel of Arabism. Pointing out that February 11 is the anniversary of the Marines’ departure from Sana’a after occupying neighborhoods in the capital and vital centers and controlling Yemeni communications technically, administratively and leadership with blatant justifications for combating terrorism created by America.

The advisor to the President of the Supreme Political Council reviewed a historical overview of the American interventions in Yemen and its invasion of Yemeni airspace and targeting of the Yemenis under the pretext of combating terrorism, as well as the precursors that occurred after the September 21 revolution until the moment the American Marines escaped and left.

In turn, the Deputy Prime Minister of the caretaker government for Defense and Security Affairs, Lieutenant General
Jalal Al-Ruwaishan, confirmed that the Yemeni people are today waging a holy battle against the imams of infidelity embodied in the Zionist entity, America and Britain within the framework of religious, national, moral and humanitarian responsibility to support and support the Palestinian people.

He said: ‘We are pleased, on behalf of the caretaker government and the Supreme Committee of the National Campaign to Support Al-Aqsa, to share with you the event in which we celebrate the anniversary of the collapse of American hegemony over Yemen and the departure of the American ambassador and Marines from Sana’a in a scene of clear defeat, especially after they destroyed their weapons and burned secret documents at the headquarters of the American embassy in Sana’a.’

He explained that on February 10, 2015, the American Embassy in Sanaa witnessed the largest process of destroying documents and files and disposing of archival files and documents for its agents and spies, which lasted for two days. Pointing out th
at American ambitions and direct intervention appeared decades ago in Yemen and most Arab countries with the aim of controlling political and military decisions and ensuring the flow of Arab wealth to serve the American economy and support the Zionist presence.

Lieutenant General Al-Ruwaishan stated that the geostrategic location of Yemen was coveted by the Americans and their allies, and the choice of the location of the American naval base in a coastal seaport directly overlooking the Gulf of Aden and the Arabian Sea, which is open to the Indian Ocean.

He touched on the role of the martyr leader who was aware early of the danger of the American entry into Yemen and formulated a project that prepared the Yemeni people for the stage of complete rejection of foreign hegemony and foreign guardianship and headed towards achieving freedom and independence. He explained that the attempt at American hegemony did not stop in Yemen, but rather returned to lead the aggression and siege that lasted nine years and con
tinues even today.

He said, “America aims with its aggression against Yemen to impose control over Bab al-Mandab and the Yemeni islands as part of its effort to re-engineer the region in a way that serves Israeli interests in the Red Sea region. One of the ironies that must be considered and contemplated is that between February 11, 2015 AD, and February 11, 2024 AD, nine years began With liberation from American hegemony and guardianship, it ended in an open and direct military confrontation between the Yemeni and American armed forces in the Red Sea.’

The Deputy Prime Minister of the caretaker government for security and defense affairs pointed out that this event coincided with the anniversary of the martyr leader and the martyrdom of the martyr President Saleh Al-Sammad, the owner of the renaissance project ‘A Hand that Protects… A Hand that Builds,’ and the importance of linking it to current events represented by Yemen’s position of support and assistance to the brothers in Gaza and the rest of the
Palestinian occupied territories.

He advised America and Britain to have a positive stance towards the Hamas movement’s response to the proposals and within the framework of diplomatic efforts to end the problem and stop the aggression and siege on Gaza to be a way out of the impasse they are in.

He also stressed the importance of considering the speech of the leader of the revolution, Sayyed. Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, as the summary of the conclusion and the final chapter of the speech, as no Arab leader who believes in God and is confident in his victory and support has ever stood in this position and with this strength and degree of credibility, clarity and courage for more than 75 years.

The Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Ahmed Muhammad Al-Shoutari, reviewed today,Monday, the progress of the examinations for applicants to obtain a chartered accountant’s license held at the College of Commerce and Economics at Sana’a University.

The Deputy Minister listened to an explanation from the President of the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Amin Al-Shami, and the Director General of Regulating the Auditing Profession in the Ministry, Hussein Abdul Rahim Azzan, about the progress of the examination process in which 264 accountants participate.

He praised the atmosphere in which exams are conducted and coordination and cooperation level between the Ministry and the Association in developing the accounting profession in our country, which reflects positively on economic activity in the country.

He appreciated the cooperation of the Faculty of Commerce and Economics at Sana’a University to make the examination process a success. He stressed the importance of benefiting from the acad
emic experience of Sana’a University.

Shura Council condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist massacre committed by the Zionist entity in Rafah city, resulting in dozens of martyrs and wounded, most of them women and children.

The Council confirmed in a statement today that this crime came with the green light and approval of Biden administration and was transferred for implementation by his Minister of Foreign Affairs during his visit to the occupied territories, which confirms America’s involvement and direct participation in the genocidal war against the Palestinians.

The statement indicated that the Zionist entity, and America behind it, sought to expand the circle of massacres in Palestine without heeding international warnings about the dangers of targeting Rafah, which is crowded with displaced people as a result of Nazi-Zionist practices in the southern Gaza Strip.

The Council held the American administration, Britain and the countries allied with them responsible for what is happening as a result of continuing to support the Zion
ist entity to commit more brutal crimes against the Palestinians and the ground invasion of Rafah, a safe haven for more than a million displaced Palestinians.

It pointed out that the terrorist government of the criminal Netanyahu is pursuing a policy of displacement and genocide of the Palestinians, ignoring all international laws and humanitarian appeals to confirm its terrorism, crimes, insistence on killing the Palestinians and liquidating their just cause.

The Council denounced the continued Arab-Islamic failure and shame positions of the regimes of normalization and loyalty to the Zionist entity and America, without regard to the sanctity of Palestinian blood that is shed daily in full view of the world.

The Council blessed the operation of the armed forces and naval forces in Red Sea, which today targeted the American ship Star Iris, as a victory for the oppression of the Palestinians and in response to the American-British aggression against our country.

It called for the continuation of military
operations in the Red Sea, the attack on Zionist interests, the continuation of the boycott of Zionist , American goods, and the popular movement to support the Palestinians until the aggression and unjust siege on Gaza Strip stops.

The Council renewed its demand from the Association of Senates, Shura Councils and similar councils in Africa and Arab world to hold an urgent conference to stand up to the dangerous escalation in Rafah and to put pressure in international forums to stop the Nazi massacres committed by the Zionist entity.

Shura Council called on the United Nations and the Security Council to get out of the cycle of selective implementation of international law , double standards , bear legal , moral responsibility for the Nazi crimes and genocide taking place in Palestine and prevent the occupation from advancing overland towards Rafah.
