Saturday’s electricity load hits 3,670mwTribal reconciliation ends murder case in Ibb

Amman: Jordan’s electrical load reached 3,670 megawatts on Saturday evening, as reported by the National Electric Power Company (NEPCO).

This figure represents a significant portion of the maximum load recorded during the current winter, which reached 4,050 megawatts.

It is noteworthy that the highest electrical load ever recorded in the Kingdom took place last August, reaching an unprecedented peak of 4,220 megawatts.

A tribal reconciliation in Jableh District, Ibb Governorate, ended a murder case between the Al-Haboub family and the Al-Jamai family.

During the reconciliation, the blood relatives of the victim from the Haboub family announced a pardon for the perpetrator, Ahmed Abdo Abdullah Al-Jamai, for the sake of Allah and in honor of those present.

A meeting in Hajjah province discussed today,Sunday, the mechanism for implementing community initiatives to eliminate sources of mosquito breeding in the districts.

The meeting, which included the directors of the province’s health office, Dr. Ahmed Al-Kahlani, the relevant departments, program coordinators, and pivotal supervisors, reviewed the plan for implementing initiatives to limit the spread of mosquitoes that transmit diseases and epidemics.

He touched on the role of local councils and community committees in supporting the efforts of health workers and community health volunteers, malaria and health education to ensure the success of the initiatives.

The director of the province’s health office pointed out the importance of coordinating efforts in following up on the mechanism for implementing initiatives in all districts, and supporting the efforts of the health office to ensure the elimination of the sources of mosquitoes that transmit malaria and dengue fever.

Capital Secretariat discusses plan project for 1446 AH year


In Capital Secretariat’s meeting , headed by the Secretary of the Capital, Dr. Hammoud Abbad, the Budget Plan Committee of the Municipality of the Capital discussed today,Sunday, the plan for service and development projects for the year 1446 AH.

The meeting, which included the heads of the local council’s social affairs committees, Hamoud Al-Naqeeb, planning and financial development, Sharaf Al-Hadi, and services, Adel Al-Aqari, and the undersecretaries of the financial sector and resource development, Mazen Noman, and projects, engineer Abdul Karim Al-Houthi, reviewed the projects proposed within the plan and distributed them among the various specified areas in accordance with the general directives.

The meeting approved the proposed draft plan and referred it to the relevant authorities to complete the lifting procedures, in addition to raising the percentage of amounts allocated to emergency projects.

The Capital’s Mayor stressed the importance of focusing on the priorities and necessary needs and exp
loiting all available capabilities and resources to implement service and development projects, in a way that contributes to the continued provision of services to citizens and alleviating their suffering.

Delivering financial support from Presidential Protection Brigades to Palestinian resistance factions


In Sana’a, the Presidential Protection Brigades delivered today,Sunday, financial support in the amount of 45 million riyals to the Palestinian resistance factions in support of the valiant resistance operations in Gaza Strip.

The financial support was received by the official of the Palestinian file in Ansar Allah – the head of the central committee for collecting donations for Al-Quds is Closer campaign, Hassan Al-Hamran, and the representatives of the Islamic Jihad movement in Sana’a, Ahmed Baraka, and the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Khaled Khalifa.

During the handover, Assistant Commander of the Presidential Protection Brigades, Colonel Sharif Tariq Sharif, praised the heroic operations carried out by the Palestinian resistance in Gaza Strip and the steadfastness of the Palestinians in the face of the Zionist-American killing machine.

He stressed that the convoy comes in response to the directives of the Revolutionary Leader to support the heroes of the Palestinian resistance in G
aza, who are performing heroic deeds in the face of the usurping Zionist occupation.

Brigadier General Sharif pointed out that this modest financial support was provided by the officers and members of the Presidential Protection Brigades in support of the valiant Palestinian resistance and heroes in the Gaza Strip.

He stressed that the Yemeni people and all the heroes of the armed forces stand in jihad and make the most precious sacrifices in defense of Al-Aqsa Mosque alongside the brothers in Palestine.

For their part, the representatives of the Islamic Jihad Movement and the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine in Sana’a praised the heroic operations carried out by the heroes of the Yemeni armed forces and the positions of the Yemeni people towards the Palestinian issue , the defense of the pride and dignity of the Islamic nation.

Minister of Defense: The practice of reducing geography and claiming guardianship over the seas has become a rejected method


Yemeni Minister of Defense, Major General Mohammed Nasser Al-Atifi affirmed on Sunday that ‘the maritime security of the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea has been properly redefined’ after the cessation of Zionist recklessness in these seas.

This came during his speech on the occasion of concluding a training course for brigades, battalions and company commanders of the reserve forces in the fifth military region.

Al-Atifi indicated that the Yemeni military equation for the naval forces has restored the identity of the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea, which was hijacked by the Zionists.

‘We reaffirm that Yemen and its Armed Forces do not target any ships that do not belong to the enemy entity and do not serve its agenda, and the navigational passage is secure,’ Major General Mohammed Nasser Al-Atifi said.

He emphasized that Sana’a is committed to all international treaties and covenants that do not compromise Yemeni dignity and sovereignty or impose guardianship or dominance.

‘As long as the Zionist massacres con
tinue in Gaza, we will continue our missions against the usurping Zionist entity,’ he stressed.

‘Washington has contributed and supported the Zionist entity in the genocide of the Palestinian people, who are our brothers in geography, humanity, and Islam.’

The Yemeni Minister of Defense concluded his speech by saying: ‘America, London, and ‘Israel’ must realize that the practice of reducing geography and claiming guardianship over the seas has become a rejected and unwelcome method.’

A meeting in Sana’a province discussed today,Sunday, the mechanism for removing stalls and random appearances in markets, main roads and entrances to the province.

The meeting, which included province Advisor Abdullah Al-Marouni, the directors of the Cleaning and Improvement Fund, Fahd Attia, Traffic Colonel Muhammad Al-Mansour, District Ahmed Rajeh, Hamdan Directorate, Gibran Gobar, and the Acting Director of Works, Engineer Muhammad Ashafa, reviewed the implementation plan and the parties concerned with implementing the timetable for initiating the removal of random stalls and preventing obstruction. Traffic movement in the streets, main lines and targeted markets, to reduce traffic congestion.

The meeting also touched on the problems caused by the increasing spread of stalls on sidewalks, traffic routes and main markets, and the importance of strengthening control efforts and implementing measures against violators, and searching for alternative locations for vendors and stalls far from the main lines an
d in a way that ensures that they do not spread again.

The attendees decided to quickly begin work on implementing the mechanism for removing illegal stands , sales boxes and removing slums that impede the movement of vehicles on highways, to reduce traffic congestion, and work to organize markets.
