The Agriculture and Irrigation Office in Jawf Governorate launched on Monday a veterinary campaign in eight districts to treat sheep, goats and others livestock against plague and smallpox patients.

The office confirmed that the campaign targets all internal and external parasite diseases through antibiotics and other medications, explaining that the campaign aims to treat sheep, goats, camels and cows in the eight districts under the supervision of the directors of the office’s branches in the districts.

In its weekly meeting on Monday, headed by the Chairman of the Council, Judge Ahmed Yahya Al-Mutawakkil, the Supreme Judicial Council approved the operational plan for the Supreme Court for the year 1445 AH.

The plan included a number of pillars and basic objectives, according to accurate statistical studies, in addressing some of the problems facing the bodies and departments of the Supreme Court in their work, including confronting the increasing number of cases and limiting their backlog, especially after the recent legal amendments in some articles of the Civil Procedure and Execution Law.

The Council reviewed the draft guideline for evaluating the institutional performance of bodies and agencies of the judiciary submitted by the committee assigned by the Council in light of the outcomes of the national vision, and postponed a decision on the issue for further study and approval at an upcoming meeting.

The Judicial Council decided on a number of grievances and requests submitted by some members of the judiciary in accordance with the law.

He also reviewed a number of requests referred by the Presidency of the Republic regarding reconsideration of judicial rulings issued against a number of complainants, and took appropriate decisions in their regard.

The Council discussed a number of topics on its agenda, took appropriate decisions regarding them, and approved the minutes of its previous meeting after making some amendments to it.

A meeting in Hodeida province on Monday, headed by Governor Muhammad Ayyash Qahim, discussed proposals for the bylaws of the project to establish the September 21 residential city for the poor people of the province, after the issuance of directives from the President of the Supreme Political Council to begin its implementation.

The meeting, in the presence of the governorate’s undersecretary for financial and administrative affairs, Muhammad Al-Nahari, services, Muhammad Halisi, media, Ali Qashr, and the Ministry of Finance, Ali Al-Shammahi, reviewed the current situation, objectives, conditions for obtaining a plot of land, and the models used.

The meeting emphasized the development of studies according to the projection plans for the city and the housing units of the project, which includes more than two thousand housing units that can be expanded, and providing the concerned authorities with the plans so that they can start working each in their respective areas during the coming period.

The meeting approved the formation of a field trip committee to determine the site and areas and to formulate conditions.

Governor Qahim stressed the necessity of starting the implementation of the September 21 Residential City project, explaining that the project comes within the framework of celebrating the anniversary of the Prophet’s birth and the ninth anniversary of the September 21 Revolution, and represents one of the fruits of the revolution whose foundations were laid by Sayyed. Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi.

He appreciated the interest of the Revolutionary Leadership and the Supreme Political Council in the governorate and its people through implementing development projects that serve the citizen and address his needs and requirements, especially the poor.

The aggression forces committed 53 violations of the ceasefire agreement in Hodeida province over the past 24 hours, an official at the operations room to monitor the violations said on Monday.

The Official in the Operation Room told Yemen News Agency (SABA) that among the violations by the aggression forces were the flight of 10 spy planes in the skies of Maqbanah, Al-Jabaliya and Hays.

The source indicated that the violations also included an infiltration attempt in Hays, the creation of combat fortifications in Maqbanah, missile and artillery shelling, and 37 violations with various gunshots.

On this day, September 11, the American-Saudi-Emirati aggression coalition aircraft launched dozens of raids on populated areas in several governorates, resulting in martyrs and wounded, and widespread destruction of public and private property.

On September 11, 2015, three women of one family were killed when the aggression aircraft targeted the home of citizen Mohsen Saleh Al-Salehi with three raids in Serwah District of Marib Governorate.

A citizen was killed and six others were injured in the aggression’s air strike on the government complex in Al-Odain District in Ibb Governorate, while a raid targeted Ma’an Bilad Al-Maliki area in the district and a third raid hit the Al-Khirba area located between Al-Odain and Al-Hazm districts.

A citizen was injured when the aggression’s aircraft bombed a house in the Bani Bahr area of Saqin District in Sa’ada Governorate, while three raids targeted Al-Dhahir District and a fourth raid hit Al-Malil area of Ketaf District, in addition to dropping a number of light bombs on the city of Sa’ada.

The Saudi enemy bombed with missiles and artillery shells Al Qurad area in the Baqim border district, the Al-Ghor area in the Ghamr district, the Al-Malil area in the Ketaf district, Al-Hasama, Sheda, Al-Malahidh and other border areas in Sa’ada and Hajjah.

The aggression aircraft launched a raid on Al-Masajed area and four raids on Al-Sabaha area in the Bani Matar District of Sana’a Governorate, while two airstrikes destroyed the Fardat Nihm Bridge linking the Sana’a and Marib Governorates. The hostile warplanes also launched raids on citizens’ homes in the Serwah District of Marib, leaving major destruction in three homes belonging to citizens.

The aggression aircraft targeted, with several raids, Al-Hafa area in Khawlan Street, the populated Noqom area, Al-Monsha’at, Passports, and Sawad Hanash neighborhoods, and Television Street and the Dhahban area in the capital’s secretariat, which led to damage to a large number of citizens’ homes.

On this day in 2016, the aggression aircraft in Taiz Governorate launched six raids on the school complex in Al-Akbosh-Ahkum area of Haifan District, and targeted a school in La’kaush village, which led to major damage to the buildings of the educational complex that includes schools for different levels of education.

The aggression fighter jets also launched two raids on Uman Mount area, adjacent to Al-Taawoun Park in Al-Hawban area, east of the city of Taiz, and two raids on the northern and northwestern neighborhoods of the city.

The aggression aircraft launched ten raids on telecommunications towers and the telecommunications’ power station in the 26th Brigade and the vicinity of the center of Al-Sawadiyah District in Bayda Governorate, and 23 raids on separate areas of Al-Khobah in Jizan region, causing widespread destruction to the homes and property of citizens.

In Sa’ada Governorate, the enemy aircraft launched three raids on Al-Safra District, another raid on Al-Saifi area in Sahar District, and two raids on the border districts of Sheda and Al-Dhahir, while a missile bombardment targeted Juma’at Bin Fadhel area in Haidan District, causing major destruction to a house of a citizen.

The aggression aircraft launched three raids, in one of them dropped a cluster bomb, on the telecommunications towers in Naqil Yasleh area in the Bilad al-Rus District in Sana’a Governorate, while three airstrikes hit Al-Arqoub area in Khawlan District, and three other raids targeted Al-Madfoun and Al-Majaweha areas in the Nihm District, which led to significant damage to agricultural lands and citizens’ property.

The aggression aircraft launched six raids on the areas of the airport, Al-Rabiah, Serwah market, and Hailan in Serwah district of Marib Governorate, causing major damage to citizens’ homes and farms.

On September 11, 2017, three citizens were killed and a car was burned as a result of three raids launched by the aggression’s aircraft on the main road in the Burkan area in the Razih District of Sa’ada Governorate.

The enemy aircraft launched 15 raids on the districts of Haradh and Midi, six raids on Fajj Haradh area in Hajjah Governorate, two raids on Yam Mount in the Nihm District in Sana’a Governorate, and two raids on Mawza’ District in Taiz Governorate.

On this day in 2018, the aggression aircraft launched five raids on Mustaba District in Hajjah Governorate, four raids on the Al-Hasama area in the Al-Dhahir District in Sa’ada Governorate, and a raid on the Sheda District, whose villages were targeted by Saudi missile and artillery bombardment, and populated villages in the Razih District were also exposed to similar bombing.

On September 11, 2019, the aggression aircraft launched four raids on the Haradh District in the Hajjah Governorate, two raids on the Sheda border district, two raids on Al Ali and Bani Ma’een areas in the Razih District, and a raid on the Ghamr District in the Sa’ada Governorate, while separate areas in the Sheda and Razih districts were subjected to Saudi missile and artillery bombardment.

In Hodeidah Governorate, the aggression coalition mercenaries targeted with artillery and machine guns the homes and property of citizens in the city of Al-Durayhimi.

On this day in 2020, a citizen was killed and another was injured as a result of a Saudi artillery bombardment on the Sheda District in Sa’ada Governorate, while another citizen was injured by Saudi Border Guard forces’ fire in the same district.

A citizen was killed and his father was injured in an air raid on a car in Naqil al-Sadara area in Rahba District of Marib Governorate, and the same district was also targeted with a series of raids, causing damage to citizens’ property and farms.

The enemy combat spy planes launched seven raids on 50th Street and Al-Durayhimi in Hodeida Governorate, and the mercenaries bombed various areas in the governorate with artillery, missiles and bullets.

On September 11, 2021, a citizen was killed by Saudi enemy army fire in Al-Sheikh area in Munabeh District of Sa’ada Governorate, while the aircraft launched a raid on Al-Dhahir District.

The aggression aircraft targeted the Serwah District with 17 raids, and launched four raids on the Rahba and Jabal Murad Districts in the Marib Governorate, two raids on Al-Dhahra area in Khub Washa’af District in Jawf Governorate, and four others on the Nati’ District in Bayda Governorate.

In Hodeida Governorate, spy aircraft launched two raids on Al-Jah area in Bayt Al-Faqih District, while the mercenaries bombed many areas with 749 missiles, artillery shells, and various bullets.

On this day in the year 2022, the mercenaries of the aggression created combat fortifications east of Mastour farm, west of Siraj farm, and in Al-Danain and Al-Ghuwayriq in Al-Jabaliya area in At-Tuhita district of Hodeida governorate, and Maqbana area of Taiz governorate.

The mercenaries fired on several areas in the governorates of Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Sa’ada, Dhalea, Hodeida, and Bayda and the border fronts, while they bombed with artillery the areas of Al-Balq Al-Sharqi, Mala’a and Al-Kassara in Marib governorate, west of Haradh and Bani Hassan areas in the Hajjah governorate, and Al-Malahidh in the Sa’ada governorate.

The mercenaries launched intense artillery shelling on the northeast of Hays district and Al-Jabaliya area in the Al-Tuhita district in Hodeida Governorate, Maqbana in Taiz Governorate, Al-Amud in Wadi Jarah, Al-Khoba, Al-Mutta’an and Al-Baroukiyah areas in Jizan, and Al-Souh and Al-Baqaa in Najran

The training program on “Methods to combat money laundering and fraud associated with money transfers,” implemented by the Skills Development Fund, was concluded in Sana’a today,Monday.

The program, which lasted two weeks in two groups, aimed to provide 65 cadres of the Agricultural Cooperative Credit Bank (CAC Bank) with knowledge and skills in this aspect, and to familiarize them with Anti-Money Laundering Law and its implementing regulations.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of CAC Bank, Ibrahim Al-Houthi, stated that the program comes within a series of training activities aimed at raising the efficiency of the bank’s employees in various aspects, which leads to improving the service provided to the beneficiaries.

While the Director of the CAC Training Center, Muhammad Al-Qurashi, explained that the program aimed to develop the capabilities of the bank’s employees and its branches working in customer service, and remittance employees across two groups; through extensive training on practical applications on electronic payment systems for remittances.

In addition, I completed a training course in the field of Islamic banking; it targeted 38 branch ,operations managers at the Credit Bank and its branches, funded by the Skills Development Fund.

The meeting of the Marketing Council at the Amran Cement Factory in its meeting on Monday, headed by the Executive Director of the Council – General Manager of the Factory, Engineer Abdel Fattah Ismail, approved reducing the price of cement.

The meeting decided to reduce the price of a bag of cement to 3,500 riyals, and the price of bulk cement per ton to 67,000 riyals.

Engineer Abdel Fattah confirmed that reducing the actual value of cement, which is one of the basic materials necessary for construction, construction work and project implementation, comes within the framework of preserving the status of the Amran cement factory users.

He stated that reducing cement prices takes into account the conditions that the Yemeni people are experiencing as a result of the continued aggression and siege and the reality of local markets.

The director of the Amran Cement Factory considered the reduction in the price of cement as an opportunity to open the field of competition with the foreign cement importing sectors that compete with the national cement, despite the commitments and expenses incurred by the factory.

He expressed his aspiration to develop performance to expand and improve work in the factory and raise its production capacity in the future within the plan and strategy that he seeks to achieve with the implementation of a third production line from one million and 500 thousand tons to more than two million tons annually and expanding the design production capacity of the factory to ensure confidence in the existing national industries on local raw materials.

He pointed out that the current work on the coal combustion system project contributed to reducing production costs, contributed to competitiveness, and increased the market share of the factory’s production.

Engineer Abdel Fattah Ismail called on the relevant authorities to take the necessary measures to activate the competition law and ensure the sustainability of national factories in supplying the local market and supplying it with the product that will enhance the competitive capabilities between national cement factories.

He also confirmed that the factory bore heavy burdens and obligations after converting the factory’s operation from burning with high-cost diesel fuel to burning with coal.

A meeting held on Monday in Sana’a, chaired by the Director General of the Yemeni Standards, Metrology and Quality Control Authority, Sam Al-Bashiri, discussed ways to enhance aspects of cooperation and coordination between the authority and the Yemeni Society for Consumer Protection.

At the meeting, in the presence of the President of the Yemeni Society for Consumer Protection, Fadl Muqbil Mansour, it was agreed to prepare a joint action plan and begin implementing it during the current year 1445 AH.

During the meeting, the Director General of the Authority stressed the importance of joint cooperation between the two sides and concerted efforts in a way that contributes to consumer protection.

For his part, the President of the Association praised the role of the Authority and its efforts to protect the consumer, calling for strengthening ways of cooperation between the two sides in a way that works to serve and protect the consumer.

The Minister of Information, Daifallah Al-Shami, stressed on Monday the importance of continuing community and official interaction and broad participation in events and activities commemorating the Prophet’s birthday anniversary.

This came during an expanded meeting with sheikhs and leaders of the Al-Thawra district in the capital, Sana’a.

The information minister urged sheikhs and people of the district to take action and redouble efforts to mobilize for mass attendance at the central event of the occasion, which will be held on the twelfth of Rabi’ al-Awwal in Al-Sabeen Square.

He noted the need to highlight manifestations of joy and jubilation, decorate streets and buildings, and activate aspects of charity and social solidarity on this occasion.

Al-Shami pointed out that the celebration of the anniversary of the birth of the greatest Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, is a kind of advocate for the Messenger of Allah in the face of all the attacks and plots of the enemies that aim to undermine his fragrant biography and his lofty message.

His Excellency the President, accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, the Minister of Finance, Dr. Rashid Abu Lahoum, and the Governor of Raymah Fares Al-Habbari, inaugurated 13 projects in the field of water, which included tanks and networks of liquids from tanks to villages, solar energy, 36 road projects (surveying, paving, widening, and paving), and three projects in In the field of education, and installing a solar energy system for three hospitals, at a cost of three million dollars and 300 million riyals.

President Al-Mashat laid the foundation stone for a number of projects in the province for the year 1445 AH, at a total cost of four billion and 650 million riyals.

He laid the foundation stone for five water projects with solar pumping units, eight rainwater harvesting tanks, and drilling five artesian wells.

The projects for which the President laid the foundation stone included 96 surveying, construction, expansion and road paving projects, six projects in the fields of education and health (schools – construction – restoration), and 17 agricultural projects (barriers – pond maintenance) in a number of directorates within the program to support community initiatives projects the first and second stages.

President Al-Mashat laid the foundation stone for 329 projects in the fields of roads, education, agriculture, water and health, in a number of directorates through the program to support community initiatives projects, the third phase, and the completion of the construction of the Al-Jebeen-Bani Naht road, the completion of the asphalting of Al-Thalaya Hospital road and the expansion of the hospital, as well as the project to connect the province of Raymah to the National Electricity Grid.

Mahdi Al-Mashat, Chairman of the Supreme Political Council, sent a telegram of condolence and sympathy on the death of scholar Abdulaziz Yahya Abdul Muti Al-Junaid, at the age of 90.

In the cable he sent to the son of the deceased Dr. Amin Abdel Aziz, his brothers and the rest of the family, President Al-Mashat praised the virtues of Allama Al-Junaid and his contributions to religious sciences, as well as to the social field and reform among people.

His Excellency the President expressed his sincere condolences and great sympathy to the family of the deceased and all of Al-Junaid’s family for this affliction.
